How do I buy a package?

Choose Self-Install or Pro Install and tap "Buy now" — you create your account, then pay securely by card. You're charged for the tracker straight away; your £8.99/month subscription starts a month later, so the first month is free. For Pro Install, our installation partner gets in touch to arrange fitting after your order.

What's the difference between the two packages?

Both run every alert and tracking feature in the app, and both include the SIM for 3 years. Apex Self-Install (£149.99) arrives pre-configured and fits on the vehicle battery — plug and play, with a weatherproof casing and dual-band GPS accurate to under 1.5 metres, ideal for motorbikes and exposed mounts. Apex Pro Install (£249.99) adds remote immobilisation so you can disable the vehicle from the app, and is professionally installed by our installation partner RS Connect.

Is installation included in the Pro Install price?

Yes. The £249.99 Apex Pro Install package covers the hardware including the immobilisation kit, shipping, the SIM for 3 years and professional installation by our installation partner RS Connect, with their one-year warranty on the labour. Standard appointments cover mainland UK and Northern Ireland (excluding the Scottish Highlands and UK islands), Monday to Friday 08:00–16:00 — other areas and out-of-hours visits are available on request, subject to availability and an additional charge.

Do I need a subscription with either package?

Yes. Each vehicle runs on a £8.99/month subscription — the same flat price whatever package you choose. It's set up when you order, with the first month free.

How does subscription billing work?

It's a flat £8.99 per vehicle, per month — no tiers. You're charged for the tracker at checkout; the subscription starts a month later (first month free) and then renews monthly. Payment is by card, handled securely by Stripe.

How do I cancel?

Manage or cancel anytime from your account at apex-tracking.co.uk/account. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then simply doesn't renew.

Can I add more vehicles later?

Yes — add another tracker anytime from your account, and each one is just another £8.99/month. Remove a vehicle and its subscription stops at the end of the period.
