Every plan is a monthly auto-renewing subscription, purchased in the app through the App Store or Google Play, and confirmed at checkout. Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings — your plan runs to the end of the paid period. You'll also need a tracker for each vehicle: the self-install FMC880 (£99) or the professionally installed FMC920 (£199), both with the SIM card included for five years.

Pricing questions

What's the difference between the FMC880 and FMC920?
The FMC880 (£99) is designed for self-installation — you fit it yourself in minutes. The FMC920 (£199) is professionally installed at your home by our partner RS Connect and includes immobilisation. Both include the SIM card for five years and work with every app feature.
What does the professional installation involve?
Our installation partner RS Connect visits you at home and fits the FMC920 to your vehicle, including the immobilisation feature. Once it's fitted and powered, you link it in the app with its IMEI as normal.
How does subscription billing work?
Plans are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions purchased inside the app through the App Store or Google Play — £8.99 for 1 device, £35.99 for up to 5, or £125.99 for up to 20. The price is confirmed at checkout before you subscribe.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then simply doesn't renew.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — you can move between the 1, 5 and 20 device plans in the app, managed through your app store subscription.
